The Itinerary

We begin in Maun for a first night in camp comfort, easing into Delta time.

Early the next morning we travel through the Moremi Game Reserve and Khwai Community Concession, into the remote Mababe Wilderness. Here we spend three nights in our fully-catered, tented camp, with exceptional bush cuisine. This is a raw, seldom visited region which, while teeming with elephants, is also home to lions, leopards, wild dogs and other predators. Expert walking-safari guides lead us through the bush on foot, an intimate, quietly thrilling way to explore one of Botswana’s least-visited wild places

Thereafter, we return to pause in Maun with time to enjoy a village tour, a spa pamper or some simple downtime!

We then make our way around the southern Delta, turning north to the Okavango Panhandle region for three days. Here, broad lagoons lead into papyrus-lined channels alive with birds, crocodile, hippo and grazing wildlife. Days are flexible but typically start with a sunrise departure into the Delta to cast for tigerfish, explore the wetlands for standout birding, or just opt for some gentle riverside viewing.

Mornings are active, afternoons unhurried, and sunrises and sunsets are spectacular!

We return to Maun airport at the journey’s end, closing this action packed and relaxing Delta experience. We bid farewell  … until the next adventure.
