Guy has spent many years planning, leading and undertaking overland expeditions across Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Namibia.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe at a time when rhinos roamed free, he has extensive first-hand knowledge of the African wilderness. He now brings that experience into his professional expedition work through Guided Wild Africa, with Adventures designed to take guests beyond the usual tourist routes.
His BQA/FGASA(L2) accredited Nature Guide qualification compliments his ‘on the ground’ knowledge while a background as a Chartered Accountant (Zim) makes him the logistical mind behind every seamless trip.

Our guiding option is tailored to your comfort level, whether you prefer to explore independently or with expert support.
If you choose a guided experience, your dedicated guide will lead the way in a separate vehicle, staying in touch through two-way radios to keep you informed and connected throughout the journey. Along the route, he or she brings each destination to life with captivating wildlife facts and stories, local history, and regional folklore.
Scheduled guided adventures take place between June and October, and can be arranged for other times of the year if required.
